This time, the client plans to establish a production factory for automotive spare parts in Latin America to enhance supply efficiency. They have spent three years preparing for this project, producing and shipping all materials, from the factory's framework and construction materials to production facilities, from over 30 domestic factories.

Challenge 1: Dispersion of Shipping Locations

The shipping factories are spread across more than 30 different cities in China, including Shanghai, Tianjin, Nanjing, Guangzhou, with varying shipping times. To coordinate with the construction timelines in Latin America and ensure a controlled transportation rhythm, this places high demands on the comprehensive service capabilities of logistics providers. Challenge 2: Wide Range of Shipped Goods

The transportation of automotive spare parts for factory construction includes numerous goods, ranging from construction materials to large-scale production facilities. The volume of goods is substantial and exceeds standard dimensions, necessitating specialized loading and packaging before transportation. YQN provides professional and customized solutions to address these challenges.

Sea Transport: 40 feet frame container, open-top container and other special containers are selected. Cargoes exceeding the conventional size are loaded into the containers by cranes, and they are firmly fixed with containers by steel wires. Additionally, the double-layer waterproof rain cloth is laid to ensure superior sealing.

Land transport: Ultra-low-chassis modular trailers specially designed for extra-long cargo are in use. With a bottom flatbed of 16 meters long, the trailers can stably and safely transport 40ft containers to the port.
